The Life of a Restaurant & Experience Host:

• Greet high volumes of visitors to the property in a predominantly outdoor environment, and attend to their specific requirements in a friendly and helpful manner
• Communicate details of tours & Experiences, wine boutique offerings, restaurant reservation & walk ins
• Act as the first impression of the property
• Welcome guests to the property, seat parties, answer guest inquiries, and facilitate property tours as required
• Maintain and organize guest reservations using Tock System and OpenTable
• Ensure clear communication between Host Team and rest of hospitality teams
• Manage reservations and graciously fulfill guest requests in a professional and timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1-year experience working in a fast-paced, restaurant or hospitality environment
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment, through Okanagan Spring and Summer conditions
• Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic attitude
• 2 years of hospitality-related customer service
• Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season
• Current Serving It Right Certification
