We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Craft Beer and the restaurant industry. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, creating menus, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the financials. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they are meeting customer service standards.
- Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
