They also have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Restaurant Owners in running a successful business. They are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain A&W standards of operation. Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry or organization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings
- Proficient in using relevant software applications for project management, reporting, and analysis
