- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a similar casual dining environment.
- Ability to manage both the dining room & kitchen.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work in a performance driven culture.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with guests and employees.
- Hands on and the ability to work on the floor interacting with guests.
- Ability to create and implement sales increase initiatives.
- Ability to meet deadlines and Profits targets.
