Our location in Dunnville is seeking a Full Time Restaurant General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations
Leads and inspires the staff and management team to provide an outstanding guest experience. Makes sure equipment and facility are in good condition and that cleanliness and food safety standards are always followed. Works to grow sales and profits by maximizing local and national promotions
Human Resources
Recruits, hires, trains and develops a great staff and management team. Has knowledge of and administers all company Human Resource policies
Financial
Ensures restaurant profitability by managing revenues and costs to budget. Ensures daily, weekly and period accounting is accurate and completed on time. Ensures compliance with all company cash management policies. Works quickly to resolve any cash problems
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor/manager (preferably in the QSR industry)
- Manages the operations side of the restaurant to A&W standards to ensure a good balance of our key goals of speed, quality, service, cleanliness and profit
High school diploma. College or university degree is a definite asset
Availability for a variety of shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership experience
The ability to motivate and inspire your team in a positive manner
Proficiency in selecting, training and developing great people
Ability to work with numbers and financial results to drive success
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and do some heavy lifting
Must have a valid driver’s license and regular access to a car.
