Fishbone Restaurant Group, a leading York Region and Simcoe Muskoka Hospitality company is searching for a talented and experienced Hospitality professional as a Restaurant Manager to join our team.
This position requires genuine relationship building and fostering with guests.
This position will be based at Friday Harbour Resort in Innisfil.
Applicants MUST have the Experience and Skill Set used in similar Fine Dining setting.
Vast Wine Knowledge
Food and Cooking Terminology Knowledge
Mixology Knowledge
Must be able to understand Financials, Product and Labour Cost Controls. Very little administrative work.
