Restaurant Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Store Manager for our new location in Victoria, Colwood B.C.

Store Location:681 Allandale Rd, Colwood B.C (Unit D1, Allandale Centre)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse customers and staff
- Administrative skills for handling paperwork, payroll, and other administrative tasks
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions, calculating inventory, and analyzing financial data
- Knowledge of the local market to identify trends and make informed business decisions

Pay Rate: $54k - $55k
