Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new employees.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee schedules.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.84-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
