Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to meet customer expectations
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management role
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant software systems for ordering, inventory management, and scheduling
