We are looking for an experienced Restaurant/ Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. The Restaurant/ Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ordering & managing inventory, managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Based on your experience you might be required to cook or serve at times.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service and products.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and sales.
• Train, evaluate, and motivate staff to ensure they are meeting standards of performance.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s services.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
