Purpose of this position:

To work in partnership with Ste. Anne’s Spa and sales team members to achieve sales goals while providing the guests with a personal “human touch” encounter and take home experience.

Job Requirements :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, articulate in English.

A positive frame of mind and Empathetic to all clients as well as co-workers.

Time management ability, to organize, manage multiple projects while demonstrating ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ease.

Interested in, as well as committed to Ste Anne’s mission and vision.

Flexibility with Schedule, available to work weekends.

Key Objective # 1 – To deliver product experiences, hands on demonstrations, product demonstrations and complimentary services as a value-add and point of difference

• To be polite and professional at all times
• To greet all guests and maintain eye contact when speaking with them
• To be knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area
• Offer value added services to all guests that enter the boutique
• To continue bringing our guests the “power of healing, through human touch” by helping them to experience the products we offer in a sensory way through the sense of smell, touch, and sight
• To help the guest relax and enjoy the possibilities of items that will potentially extend their spa experience at home
• Interact in a professional manner with each guest focusing on their experience. Avoid talking about personal issues or company issues and always refocus the guest on their experience
• To welcome and encourage everyone to participate in the care and aftercare experience

Base Wage plus commission

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.05-$22.50 per hour
