Retail Sales Manager (LMIA Supported after 8 months)
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines, including handling hazardous materials safely, and promptly responding to emergencies or spills.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions. Dispensing fuel accurately, and processing payments through cash or credit card transactions.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Conducting minor maintenance tasks, such as changing garbage bins, cleaning windshield wash stations, and reporting any equipment malfunctions.
- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in Store sales is a plus.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Candidates:
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- The candidates will get required support for their immigration needs (Permanent Residency), LMIA would be available after a year of working with us.
