Store Manager of a Shoes Store
Week days and Weekends apply to this position.
Duties:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability

-Must be able lift 30lbs
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (not necessary) but would be helpful
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
