Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to the highest standards both in house and within our service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in RVs.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing on a wide range of RV models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs and services provided.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining necessary repairs and estimated timeframes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and RV technology.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as an RV Technician or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various RV systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- RV2 certification required
- RV1 is a bonus but not required.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
