Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of transportation industry experience.
- 1-year verifiable experience in Safety and Compliance in the logistics/trucking industry
- Extensive understanding of all transportation regulatory requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a multi-office location organization
- AZ license is must.
- Operational knowledge of tractor/trailer combinations an asset.
- Advanced computer skills including in-depth experience with Excel.
- Grade 12 Diploma / GED required. Post secondary education preferred.
- No criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance of company’s safety policy and procedures by regular review meetings with
basis.
- Acts as a leader, ensuring proper work instructions, information sessions and training.
- Proficiently performing log auditing for each driver to make sure they follow hours of service for
- Processing all relevant applications and ensuring that all the truck authority documents are

- Sets and monitors departmental target performance against goals to ensure team members,
- Schedule medicals and drug tests to ensure continuous driver compliance.
- Managing, processing, and auditing driver logs. Follow up on any outstanding discrepancies.
- Maintaining complete and accurate records of tractor and trailer maintenance files such as
- Reviewing and persistent follow up on traffic tickets, convictions, and accidents.
- Efficiently manage documents of all trucks and trailer files with three years of annual
- Reviewing CVOR, applying and renewing permits, IRP applications.
- Responsible for managing all fleet documents while ensuring all equipment have proper
- Generating reports and conducting analysis as needed.
- Knowledge of MTO audits.
- Processing and maintaining CTPAT and US DOT requirements.
- Knowledge of hours-of-service regulations
- All other duties as assigned.
