Wesgroup is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team on a 13 Month Contract. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering purchase and sale contracts, CRM systems and supporting our site-based sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to the general sales inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Managing all inquiries, allocations and request for parking & storage
  • Responsible for auditing firm deals on a daily basis and all active deals on a semi annual basis to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Providing support in sending deposit reminders and amendment follow ups for all projects
  • Processing Realtor Commission Cheques in a timely manner
  • Updating and maintaining accurate daily and monthly reports
  • Work closely to support the Manager, Sales Administration for other administrative needs, to ensure compliance, process implementation and provide feedback for future improvements
  • Provide above and beyond customer service to our Realtors, Homeowners and Purchasers
  • Provide support on an ongoing basis to sales team (site and HO)
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience, preferably in real estate or related field
  • A strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
  • Strong track record of paying close attention to detail
  • Understanding of basic accounting
  • Well organized with a methodical approach to work
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel and CRM software’s
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
Expected Compensation:
  • The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
