Wesgroup is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team on a 13 Month Contract. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering purchase and sale contracts, CRM systems and supporting our site-based sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the general sales inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Managing all inquiries, allocations and request for parking & storage
- Responsible for auditing firm deals on a daily basis and all active deals on a semi annual basis to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Providing support in sending deposit reminders and amendment follow ups for all projects
- Processing Realtor Commission Cheques in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining accurate daily and monthly reports
- Work closely to support the Manager, Sales Administration for other administrative needs, to ensure compliance, process implementation and provide feedback for future improvements
- Provide above and beyond customer service to our Realtors, Homeowners and Purchasers
- Provide support on an ongoing basis to sales team (site and HO)
- A minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience, preferably in real estate or related field
- A strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
- Strong track record of paying close attention to detail
- Understanding of basic accounting
- Well organized with a methodical approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel and CRM software’s
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
- The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
