TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare quotes and process orders in line with the requirements;
· Update sales reports, CRM and internal management system;
· Works closely with the sales team and engineering team in the quotation process;
· Maintains various sales reports and tools for sales representatives;
· Replacement of reception as required.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- High School Diploma or higher;
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a sales/marketing environment;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP;
- Bilingual written and spoken (English and French).
- Autonomous, proactive;
- Versatile, creative;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure.
