In the role of Sales Advisor/Vape Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding customers on tobacco harm reduction, maintaining store cleanliness and orderliness, and fostering a positive team environment. You'll also have the chance to demonstrate product functionality, features, and maintenance to customers, troubleshoot product issues, and provide solutions.

Job Duties:

• Educate customers on tobacco harm reduction
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be flexible regarding work locations within the city
• Provide courteous and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment
• Collaborate with team members to cultivate a positive work atmosphere
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Demonstrate product functionality, features, and maintenance
• Address customer inquiries and issues professionally
• Troubleshoot product problems and communicate solutions

Skills Required:

• Previous sales experience (minimum of 1 year)
• Prior customer service experience (minimum of 2 years)
• Demonstrated history of exceptional customer service
• Essential knowledge of vaping technology (Electronic Cigarettes/Vaping Accessories)
• Ability to comprehend customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Aptitude for acquiring technical product knowledge
• Exceptional grooming, manners, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Quick learner and highly motivated
• Experience with sales and cash registers
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
