As we continue to grow and expand our product range, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts and help us reach new heights in the dairy industry.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategies to drive the growth of Sheldon Creek Dairy. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in both Sales and Marketing including graphic design, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and target new markets, customers, vendor products and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors and partners.
• Analyze market trends.

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Sheldon Creek Dairy's brand, Sheldon Creek Supply Co. Product Offerings within the Farm Store as well as within retailers that carry products..
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Create marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with product development team to create labels for new products
• Ensure that product launches are successful by coordinating marketing efforts and sales strategies.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data and analytics to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven adjustments to strategies.

Customer & Vendor Relations:

• Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Address customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Graphic Design using Adobe & Canva
• Experience using Shopify
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.

Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
