Mobile Fringe Inc. is our company name, Mall Maverick is our product. Our product, Mall Maverick is North America’s top Content Management System used by Shopping Center marketers. We have over 300 Clients across Canada and the US and are looking to increase our Client list in 2024 and beyond.

The ideal candidate for the Sales and Marketing Success Manager is a mature individual who is passionate about their work and works well both independently and as a part of a team. The chosen candidate will be comfortable reaching out and speaking with clients and new prospects, have a great LinkedIn game, and is fearless at conferences and speaking opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
Sales
- Execute a Data Driven Sales Strategy
- Researching and reaching out to new prospective business with personalized content
- Prospect and qualify warm leads from customer inquiries and demand generation marketing sources
- Refresh existing sales materials and process (including Proposal, Scope of Work, and Outreach marketing materials)
- Conduct high volume prospecting through phone, social media, industry websites and email
- Prioritize and organize lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
- Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Pipedrive
- Understand and become an expert user of the Mall Maverick Product
- Collaborate with our Vendor Partners, Marketing, and others to achieve sales goals
- Assist in project administration and execution when necessary
- Provide reports for Sales and prospecting activity
- Understand each Client's needs to provide real, effective solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Marketing
- In collaboration with the Management team, create and manage annual Company and Sector Marketing plans and budgets that support the firm’s strategic business objectives and revenue goals.
- Ideate and launch various digital marketing campaigns to drive Sales and support revenue goals (LinkedIn, press releases, trade publications)
- Development of Public Relations initiatives to promote the Company
- Produce persuasive and well-written content for social media thought leadership, website, etc.
- Provide design and content guidance to the Marketing Team on all internal and external communications
Onboarding
- To start this person will complete a minimum of 6 weeks on our Support and Operations team to learn the software, clients, company work flow and product offering.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Agency experience preferred (1 year minimum)
- Desire to provide the best possible experience for our Clients.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing best practices.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Comfortable to be on regular video calls.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
