Sales Assistant

Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify potential business opportunities
- Support the account management process by maintaining relationships with existing clients and assisting with customer inquiries
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional materials
- Coordinate sales meetings and events, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Help negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner

Skills:
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends
- Proven track record in sales or account management
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in outside sales is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
