Virtual Sales Assistant

Our summer camp is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Virtual Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will play a crucial role in the success of our summer camp programs. This remote position requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and experience in Virtual Sales for summer camp programs 2024.

At Genius camp, we engage children in real-life challenges and encourage them to put theory into practice in a fun way, using science, technology, engineering, and math.

b) Trafalgar Road Campus,, Oakville, Ontario

Job Overview:

As a Summer Camp Virtual Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the success of our summer camp programs by engaging with parents, answering inquiries, and facilitating the registration process. This remote position requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and experience in Virtual Sales for summer camp programs.

Responsibilities:

· Answering parents' inquiries via phone, email, or online chat to provide information about our summer camp programs.

· Efficiently registering campers, ensuring accurate information, and guiding parents through the registration and payment processes.

· Following up on registration and payment procedures to ensure completion and address any concerns.

· Preparing reports on registration statistics, payment statuses, and other relevant data.

· Utilizing your experience as a Summer Camp Virtual Sales Representative to effectively promote our programs and increase enrollment.

· Building strong relationships with parents and summer camp management team.

Requirements and Skills:

· High School Diploma required; College or university degree preferred.

· Must located in Nova Scotia (Halifax or Dartmouth would be better)

· Excellent computer skills – experience in Microsoft Office.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a salesperson (experience in educational industry is an asset)

· Familiarity and experience with CRM is mandatory (training will be provided)

· Proactive and self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

· Excellent and strong communication skills.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per year
