**Salary: Up to $1000/day (Commission-based pay only)**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to be part of our General Contracting and Seasonal Maintenance Sales Department. This role involves promoting our services to both individual and commercial clients, through various sales strategies including door-to-door sales and targeted commercial building outreach. Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, resilient, and ready to make a significant impact in the sales world.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various sales techniques, including door-to-door sales and commercial prospecting.

- Understand the needs of both new and existing clients, offering solutions that best fit their requirements.

- Present, promote, and sell services using solid knowledge to existing and prospective customers.

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and happy customer relationships.

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

-Make up to 10% commission on four to six figure numbers.

**Requirements:**

- No experience necessary; we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.

- Experience in sales is a plus but not required.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

- And most importantly: Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
