Sales Associate

What we are looking for:

• Strong interpersonal communication and effective written and oral skills.
• Previous cash handling Experience as well as accepting payments through Visa and MasterCard.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
• Must possess solid organization skills, strong attention to detail with a strong and professional work ethic.
• Ability to achieve success and generate sales both on their own as well as through teamwork.
• Proactive thinker, self-starter and problem solver.
• Positive attitude and be an effective team player.
• Ability to effectively present information to our customers in one-on-one or small group situations.
• Be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Experience with pod systems, Disposables, Atomizers, External and Internal Battery mods

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on the use of electronic cigarette's.
• Creating intentional experience for customers by building genuine customer relationships and appropriately determining customer needs in a compliant manner.
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
• Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under.
• Collect and share customer, product and operational insights to Store Manager and Owner to improve business results on a daily basis.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new trends and products in the industry.
• Accepting payments via Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit.
• Creating awareness of promotional programs and sales.
