The opportunity for a Full-time or Part-time, career-oriented Sales Specialist to support the growing business in Toronto. The primary function of a Sales Specialist is to provide excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for La Canadienne.
Responsibilities:
- Build a loyal clientele base by consistently acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and maintaining loyal client.
- Achieve positive results in personal sales by focusing on relationship selling, and offering exemplary customer service.
- In-depth product knowledge skills and familiarity of current collections that are in-store and on-line
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Luxury Retail Sales experience
- Strong customer service and selling experience
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial
- Collaborates well with others in a team-oriented environment
- Capable of resolving customer issues
- Aware of current fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
