Sales Associate

Duties:

1. Handle the selling department, generate, increase& manage the sales of the corporation

2. Qualify prospects & new leads

3. Generate new leads

4. Review, analyze and interpret property siteinspection notes & recommendations

5. Source products, site and in-office meeting withclients to present products and discuss needs and generate proposal to meet client's needs and generate proposal to meet client's need, budget and expectations

6. Make telephone calls and in-person visits toexisting and prospective customers

7. Develop new relationship with residential andcommercial developer

8. Collect & consolidate sales and call reports

9. Provide technical support to customers & potentialcustomers

10. Participate in trade shows & exhibitions

11. Develop and support client base

12. Participate in periodical sales meeting

13. Marketing materials provided by company

14. Responsible for applying, using, andpromoting all marketing materials as laid outby the management team

15. Communicate on all aspects of the marketingdepartment including; promotions, trade shows, online

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively explain product specifications and features
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy sales floor
