Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change accurately
- Knowledge of products or willingness to learn about them
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
