Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors at the front desk
- Reach out to new potential clients via phone and email
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect client information and update records in the system
- Take payments and keep record of financial transactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Conduct brief cleaning inspection and ensure facility meets cleanliness guidelines
- Conduct water tests and document data in log book
- Communicate with instructors and management regarding scheduling changes
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional and communicative
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
