Sales Associate/Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors at the front desk
• Reach out to new potential clients via phone and email
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Collect client information and update records in the system
• Take payments and keep record of financial transactions
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Conduct brief cleaning inspection and ensure facility meets cleanliness guidelines
• Conduct water tests and document data in log book
• Communicate with instructors and management regarding scheduling changes

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional and communicative
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
