Sales Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer facing quotes and proposals as requested by the sale's team
• Assist the sales team and resolve issues related to the sales process for customers
• Record and update database (CRM) with relevant client information
• Input sales orders in Method (CRM)
• Maintain Won/Lost status reporting, margin thresholds metrics
• Manage customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
• Coordinate with purchasing and service departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Coordinate with shipping department for equipment delivery to clients
• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers by phone or email.
• Deal with any customer complaints and resolve the issue in a timely manner
• Perform Receptionist duties as required
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills set
• Proficiency in MS-office products a must
• Highly detail oriented, quick learner and adaptable to change
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, and with the team
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Interpersonal skill and pleasant telephone manner
• Required education: College or Higher

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
