Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer facing quotes and proposals as requested by the sale's team
- Assist the sales team and resolve issues related to the sales process for customers
- Record and update database (CRM) with relevant client information
- Input sales orders in Method (CRM)
- Maintain Won/Lost status reporting, margin thresholds metrics
- Manage customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Coordinate with purchasing and service departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate with shipping department for equipment delivery to clients
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers by phone or email.
- Deal with any customer complaints and resolve the issue in a timely manner
- Perform Receptionist duties as required
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills set
- Proficiency in MS-office products a must
- Highly detail oriented, quick learner and adaptable to change
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, and with the team
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Interpersonal skill and pleasant telephone manner
- Required education: College or Higher
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
