```Duties```
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business leads and close sales deals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize sales revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
```Qualifications```
- experience in sales is a bonus, however training is provided if needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and maintain client relationships
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in door knocking or cold calling is desirable
