The Sales Intake Specialistis the initial point of contact for potential clients and they will guide them through the intake process, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and ensuring a positive initial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, providing prompt and informative responses.
• Deliver comprehensive information about our firm's services, addressing potential clients' questions and concerns.
• Guide potential clients through the intake process, ensuring meticulous and accurate data entry.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team to schedule appointments and diligently follow up on leads.
• Devise and implement strategies aimed at elevating client satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and enhancing retention rates.
