Sales Leader

We are a growing, small B2B manufacturing company and we are looking for an experienced, full-time sales person or Sales Leader who will be responsible for enhancing our sales team. Initially you will learn our business and support our customers directly, helping them with quotes and orders as part of our sales team. But as you progress you will have the opportunity to grow your career by bringing your leadership skills to the team. You can coordinate our sales team to improve both sales, streamline workflow, and ensure successful customer relations.

We grew by 40% last year! Our customers come to us when they need our product, we don't have to go look for sales - they come to us. We provide expert support and out-hustle our competitors to close deals. Our customers are small to mid size companies who appreciate personal customer service when they contact us. Our customer base is over 1000 companies across North America.

Due to this growth, we need your help on the front line to prepare quotes, talk to customers, and take sales orders. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow with us and become team leader. The sky is the limit here for the right person.

The successful candidate will join our team at our manufacturing facility located near the DVP and Lawrence in Toronto. Candidates must be local.

COMPETENCIES

• 3 years+ experience in inside sales or account management
• Good customer relations and support
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and experience in order entry
• Attention to detail, organized
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
