Position Overview
Our team, and presence, are growing, and we are seeking a focused Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales activities. Your leadership will impact a dedicated group of sales professionals, where you'll play a pivotal role in coaching, developing, and retaining top talent. You will lead a high-performance sales team to achieve continuous revenue growth, exceeding client expectations, and driving overall success. You'll be at the forefront of our high-performance culture, where your role involves skills collaboration and fostering open communication with all team members, peers, and clients.
The Day to Day Job
- Understand the customers and markets to develop and implement the sales vision, strategy, and roadmap collaboratively with the other managers.
- Lead, plan, develop and communicate the implementation of sales strategic goals and initiatives.
- Lead sales team and drive sales projects to achieve all corporate goals.
- Develop and monitor the KPIs for all sales projects to evaluate the success and challenges. Coach and mentor salespeople to improve their skills and performance.
- Observe, review, and analyze sales processes, technologies, and tools, ensuring proper utilization & implementation.
- You will collaborate with the team on targeted campaigns and innovative sales processes designed to build a strong customer base in North America.
About You
- You have 3 - 5 years of experience leading sales teams in a tech environment.
- Experience selling SaaS Solutions, as well as medical devices and technology, will be an asset. We will provide in-depth training on our products, services, processes, and plans; however, there will be a steep learning curve to become a leading sales expert in this sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- You are goal-oriented, driven, and ready to focus on sales and business objectives.
- You have experience using CRM systems and understand how to track sales data and regularly report sales and market feedback within the company.
- Technical aptitude to maximize and excel in a digital / remote work environment.
- You have strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- You look for creative solutions to problems.

- Travel will be required up to 20% of the time.
The Team
This role reports to the General Manager in Calgary, Alberta, and is a remote/hybrid position. We currently have team members working in Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto. We want team members that thrive in a culture based on collaboration, impact and growth.
Compensation The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including of a base salary plus performance-based bonuses and an extensive, flexible employee benefits package.

Salary: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed

- B2B sales: 7 years (required)
