Image Line based out of St. Thomas, Ontario is a dynamic leader in Promotional Products, Customer Apparel, and Specialty Graphics (just to name a few things we do) all done in house. Due to our growth we are looking for a full time sales associate to expand our sales team. Sales Experience in Custom Corporate Branding and knowledge of Promotional Products will be an asset, however we will train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Client Consultation: Meet with the clients either in house, at their work place or through on line social media platforms such as "Teams" to understand client needs and offer them a personalized solutions based on Image Line solutions.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Image Line custom apparel, promotional, branding, and graphic products to effectively communicate value propositions, and "one stop shopping" to clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a "happy" customer and a repeat relationship.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Additional Skills:
Strong knowledge of Sales processes and procedures.
·Ability to learn product, specifications and applications needed to support sales.
·Ability to follow directions and established reporting requirements.
·Require outstanding oral and written communication and computer skills, comprehension skills to interpret and apply product information
Ability to work independently and remotely (as required)
