JOB DESCRIPTION
Order Flow Management:
- Collect the promo launch plan from the marketing to build the order flow
- Identify gap to last year, sellout opportunity to the KAM
Allocation:
- Build strategic allocation per door of all promos and launches for all retailers
- Validate forecast vs plan and adjust retailer quantity if quantity missing and inform RAS/KAMs
- Create action plan for any quantities left over after a promotion has shipped
- Responsible of the GWP allocation and shipment in collaboration with the KAM
Master Management:
- Work closely with Marketing product manager to ensure project is complete and information in the system is accurate 20 weeks prior to the project
- Responsible of the GWP allocation and shipment in collaboration with the KAM
Shipment:
- Constant contact with customer service to ensure shipment
- Report missing retailer POs or promo delay from the month to the RAS
