Requirements –

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Strong decision making and analytical abilities. Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills. Responsibilities -

Professionally handle incoming requests from customers regarding Sales of New and Used Boats, Engines, Trailers, PWC's, and Atv's. Ensure that all customers are responded to from all sources of leads promptly and thoroughly.

Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable, follow up, generate the need for future contact and document interactions through contact tracking system.

Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas for the business including, but not limited to: client billing, scheduling. Processing client sales orders, organize sales schedules, deal with client request, process new client sales applications, provide administration support for the accounting and service department.

Use client management system, company portals, online quote/ ordering sites, automated information systems, (i.e, excel spreadsheet’s used to analyze customer data). Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Will work with the team to help improve the office environment, support others and provide guidance and support whenever possible to ensure the success of the organization your fellow co-workers.

Salary: $17.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
