Job Description

ThNiX is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and be able to work independently. This position is responsible for generating leads and sales through outbound calling, email marketing, social media, and other marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop/maintain a strong pipeline of contacts from personal/professional network
• Build and maintain strong leads from existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales goals by consistently contacting potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of sales/lead generation activities
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
• Review existing customers’ accounts for hidden sales opportunities
• Respond to customer inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings through outbound calls, email marketing, and social media strategies
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

• Work cooperatively with others inside+outside the organization
• Must be willing to learn and apply to your sales process

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Salary: $16.55-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
