Sales Specialist

Minimum 5 years sales experience

Home Health products knowledge and experience preferred

Knowledge of medical devices and the management thereof is preferred

Computer literacy is a must

```Duties```

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends

- Present product information and demonstrations to potential customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

```Requirements```

- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in a technical sales role

- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• Direct sales: 5 years (preferred)
• Medical sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
