POSITION SUMMARY:
A Sales Specialist is accountable for ensuring the ultimate customer experience. They create and maintain a positive image of the dealership. They provide solutions and are constantly evolving with the new and exciting technologies that our vehicles offer today.
Our new non-commission pay plan starts with a base salary of $45k a year and has the potential to earn up to $90k a year with sales bonuses.
Hours: Full-Time. Saturday shifts on rotation.
Pay: Training wage, transferring to a non-Commission pay plan.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive or sales industry will be an asset.
- Must be willing to learn and grow.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A high level of knowledge about social media.
- Must be reliable and hardworking.
- A minimum class 5 Drivers Licence is required.
- Must have excellent people skills and able to provide professional customer service.
- This position will require a criminal background check.
