Description
Assigning duties to staff;
Helping prepare work schedules;
Training and supervising sales staff;
Monitoring inventory and procuring merchandise from vendors when supplies fall below predetermined levels;
Instructing staff on the handling of difficult and complicated sales;
Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages;
Ensuring that merchandise is correctly priced and displayed; and
Assisting employees with the everyday duties necessary to ensuring the smooth running of the store,
such as serving customers, restocking shelves, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and cash duties.
