Wicked Event Management is one of Australia leading event and travel companies operating 15 yrs over the whole of Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Fiji, we are presently based in the Gold Coast close to the beautiful beach of Surfers Paradise.

Wicked Event Management is a event & travel agency that specialises in Bucks events, Hens events in Australia and NZ with their flights, accommodation and any activities they may need.

We are looking for two new sales experts, who want very flexible work arrangements from home or whilst travelling, who are looking to move away from a large corporate environment .

Our leads are generate online, all of which are warm-hot, we don't do cold calling.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a high commission per sale.

This job is for someone to really get stuck in, who is hungry for success and willing for next 12 months and push as hard as possible to bring the business to its full potential with the help of the rest of the team.

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced person who has been in phone sales sector for over 4+ yrs.

The role:

• Be driven, be part of a team and lead them to great results
• Identify, qualify and develop inbound leads provided which are hot leads.
• No cold calling
• Initiate telephone and email contact with prospective customers
• Our custom built CRM builds packages for the teams and also help you maintain accurate client records.
• Good computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems.
• Be highly motivated and an efficient organiser

Key Aspects of the Role:

Previous experience in phone sales
Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPI's
Willing to learn new skills and pass experience onto a team.

Job Type: Subcontract

Salary: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
