Salesperson/Junior Salesperson

Rolco Shutters is a security curtain manufacturer, based in Okotoks, with over 50 years in the business. We sell and service both residential and commercial applications of Roll shutters and Screens.

We are looking for an experienced and determined Sales Representative to build up an ever-growing portfolio of accounts and maintain our business; Someone who has experience in outside Sales, Business Development, and Commission Based Sales. This position requires a sales-driven personality with exceptional organization and time management skills. We reward success!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Build your own sales territory
• Acquire new clients and expand our customer base
• Build new and maintain existing relationships with contractors and developers

Outside Sales Representative Job Qualifications:

• Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. “people person)
• Basic computer skills, email, and internet proficiency
• Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of customers
• Ability to meet and exceed sales plans
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
• Demonstrates the art of influencing, selling, and relationship building
• Maintaining proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software
