Sanitation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, and update Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
• Maintain the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
• Perform and complete other assigned duties as assigned by the Sanitation Manager.
• Create maintenance notifications for the sanitation department.
• Follow daily and weekly task checklists
• Assist in training employees to complete duties as per operational standards/procedures
• Assist in review and improvement of Sanitation and pest control program

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• High level of interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
• Working knowledge and experience with Kleanz Sanitation Program
• Take initiative to work as part of the Sanitation team; also able to work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter able to work with minimal/no supervision
