You are:

A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You're in your element using your know-how to solve clients' most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you've got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.

The work:

·Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led

·Collaborate with our Account Teams showing clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems

·Help set the strategy for near-term goals

·Work with senior managers at a client and/or at Accenture - and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues

·Use your judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments

·Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 10 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management or Plant Maintenance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Bonus points if:

  • You know how SAP's business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
  • You have experience with SAP Field Service Management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
