Screen Print Operator

We are currently looking for a Screen Print Finishing Carousel Operator in HDPE Finishing Department for one of our clients in Orangeville, ON. Our client is a global plastics manufacturer, is experiencing a growth in sales and demand in many areas of its business

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality prints
- Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the printing equipment
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of printed materials

Job duties :

Setting up, operating, troubleshooting of multiple machines, preparing automated press and screens for custom

job orders. Adjusts and cleans machines. Documents work performed as required.

Requirements:

 Must have previous screen-printing experience on an automated or manual press

 Able to Lift Up to 25 lbs frequently

 Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision

 Able to multitask

 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

 Basic math, counting skills necessary

 Experience using measuring equipment - tape measures, micrometer, calipers, gauges

 Forklift experience is considered an asset

 Ability to follow recipes for color/ink batch preparation

 Positive attitude and desire to be a team player

Shifts: 12 hr continental day shift only

Permanent, Full Time Position

84 hrs. biweekly with opportunity for OTs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
