Seamstress

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for fabricating and altering garments according to customer specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various fabrics and sewing techniques. Duties: - Fabricate and alter garments based on customer requests and specifications - Perform fittings and make adjustments as needed - Operate sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment - Cut fabric according to patterns and measurements - Sew hems, seams, buttons, zippers, and other necessary components - Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every garment - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role - Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and other tools - Strong knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and sewing techniques - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong time management skills to meet deadlines Skills: - Warehouse experience: Familiarity with working in a warehouse environment is preferred. - Fabricate: Ability to create garments from scratch based on customer specifications.
