SEASONAL GROUND CREW POSITIONS AVAILABLE

For the upcoming 2024 Aerial Application Season

Location: Main Base located in Camrose, Alberta

Western Canadian Aerial Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team who want to work in a fast-paced environment for a professional aerial application company that provides crop protection services across Alberta. Check out our website: www.wcaerial.com

Duties to include but not limited to:

● Accurately mix crop protection products (chemicals)

● Load and fuel aircraft

● Wash airplanes and windshields as needed

● Loading/ Unloading/ organizing of warehouse products (requires moderate lifting)

● Runway and base maintenance (tidying, garbage disposal, jug recycling, etc.)

● Travel between bases throughout the zone.

● Other duties as assigned

Applicants must:

● Possess a Class 5 Drivers License (Class 1 and 3 Drivers License are considered an asset)

● WHMIS Certificate (taken through Western Canadian Aerial)

● Transportation of Dangerous Goods (taken through Western Canadian Aerial)

● Be highly motivated, reliable, and willing to work as a team

● Follow the practices of health and safety (safety around planes, PPE, etc.)

● Willing to work varying hours, including overtime (early mornings, evenings, and weekends)

Term: June 10th – Oct 1st (roughly). Length of employment and hours may vary due to the agricultural season. Competitive wage. Agriculture and/or aviation interest is an asset. Class 3 Drivers license is an asset. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

Salary: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 80 per week
