SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise
- Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate sites
- Check in Guests as well as take new in person and phone reservations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive camping experience for customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Proficient computer skills for POS(point of sale) and reservation system
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly store environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Please note that this is a seasonal position with an employment evaluation leading to possible wage enhancement bonus after contract is complete
