Cleaner:

• Thorough cleaning (power washing the floor, walls and equipment) of the restaurant after business hours;

Seasoner:

• Season bone-in chicken;
• Thaw chicken tenders and other items as needed;
• Maintain a clean work and follow all guidelines/procedures of sanitation and safety;
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the walk in chiller and freezer.

REQUIREMENTS

• Police Clearance Check
• GRAVEYARD SHIFT - 11PM to 5AM
