What does a Team Lead in Mississauga do?
-Control access to restricted areas and areas with limited access
-Train new Guards and Refreshment Training Course
-Directing passengers and escorting people in restricted areas
-Respond to alarms and report any events, illegal acts or violations
-Participate in emergency operations according to the emergency response plan
-Assign Pass for External Contractors and Employees.
-Monitor uniforms standard and sign in/out with GardaWorld KIOSK.
-Submit daily shift reports in a professional manner.
-Guards' expectations & guidelines are followed.
- Enforce guard’s patrols to increase during downtime.
Qualifications to become a Team lead in Mississauga
-High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
-Valid Security Guard license
-Valid and current First Aid card
-Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience is required
-Must be available to work Full-time
-Previous experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor
